The Gourmet Restaurant Marchesi is located only 14 km
from Tirana, in the hilly panoramic area above the Erzen
River valley, with a very favorable microclimate for the
cultivation of fruit trees and vegetables. "Gourmet Restau-
rant Marchesi“ is titled in honor of the figure of the Italian
and world grand master Gualtiero Marchesi.

Chef Gezim Muzliaka is one of the founders of “Slow Food
Albania”. He has also been a judge at Masterchef Albania.
In his opinion “The product must have an initial structure to
interact physiologically with the organism, cooking as a
transformation that passes from the mood, establishes
new balances between nutrition as a process of life and
pleasure”.
